As you may know, Latin America is a great region with great needs for the gospel. We have around 600 million people but only 4% of christians. This region is a very urbanized region with 80% of the population living in the 40 largest cities. The new unreached window is the cities of the world. Unfortunately, the minority of the christian church in Latin America is located in cities. This is why the hope for this great region is far away to be a reality.
For this reason, City to City Latin America is focused on helping key local leaders in these 40 cities to plant gospel centered churches, developing movements through ecosystems of the gospel to bring hope for the transformation of these great people and their social, cultural and spiritual structures.
It is with this great sense of urgency that we are calling you to become a part of these "Latin America Partnership '' to come and help us to see the kingdom of God transforming the kingdom of man in these 40 cities pointing to the great city of God.
Purpose for this partnership:
We want not only to have individual and independent partners to come and walk with us, but to develop a connected group of dear partners taking this great need together with us, growing together, learning together and walking together to the same vision for our dear Latin America. We really think that this is the new reality of missions; collaborating together towards the same vision to reach these 40 cities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that if we are together like Jesus says in John 17, people will believe that Jesus was sent into the world to redeem it.
Goal for this gathering
We would like to have at least 25 churches and individuals together, just to ignite this partnership and start conversations about serving God together for the good of the great cities and people of Latin America.
Commitments for the partners:
To pray constantly for these 40 cities and the whole region.
To invite others to join this partnership
To learn from each other and to grow together in the gospel and missions.
To give financially towards the movements of the gospel in cities.
To come to Latin America to see what God is doing.
